Motivation in C Times

When we started in this “pandemic” we were told 2 weeks to shut things down, yet here we are in my state almost a year later… not a lot has returned back to pre-pandemic functioning. I know my brain is a part of that equation! Between working partly in office and partly from home, navigating schooling, technology issues and the regular home life tasks, my brain and body are tired! 
Prior to all these changes and increased stressors, my body was already not functioning as well as it was designed. I have been struggling with my health and the easy stuff well before March 2020…. And I know there are many who are struggling more than I! 
We are in a crisis. A mental health crisis. A health crisis. A family crisis. And this was all starting well before the recent changes in our culture. Now we add on the faith crisis and learning crisis. And even political! Wow. It is a LOT to navigate- for the healthy mind! 
I have been doing a lot of research for my own health for years. Researching protocols and supplements and ways to support my body and health and mental health. These recent times are no different! But now, I am more determined to conquer my health issues. Evaluating what is working and what symptoms I am still struggling with and seeing what my options are for resolving those issues!
