I went through a period of time that I was unable to function, struggling to function each and every day. And I knew this life was not sustainable… but I did not know what to do. Then, one day, I had a huge BREAKTHROUGH moment that helped me to finally take charge of my life and work on healing my body, my mind and my relationships. Meanwhile, I searched for my own coach to support me to help me stay accountable and work with me to make sure I was progressing, but I kept coming up empty handed.
In short, I became a life coach because I wanted to be the support person that I myself could have used.
