Depressed. Struggling in relationships. No work-life balance. I was not myself.
I felt lost...

I was there… Struggling with self care and living my life to the fullest, despite knowing all the things I needed to do. After all, I am a therapist and teach others how to live a better life. Yet, I was struggling in my own.

Then I found a new way to live. I found a way to achieve balance and my my life for the better. Things just started to “fall” into place. My life became totally different, although not overnight. I began to enjoy my life and relationships, take better care of myself and felt more energized. I healed my body from Chronic Fatigue and started to lose that stubborn weight that seemed to hang on for years. My business began to thrive. And, more importantly, I was able to heal from previously crippling emotions that impacted by body and well-being.

I have over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Addictions Counselor, as well as focusing on Art Therapy, PCIT/Parenting and Trauma as my specialties. I added an Integrative Mental Health Certification as well as other holistic tools such as various art and therapy modalities, lifestyle coaching, emotional release techniques, aromatherapy, goal setting, mindset and more! 

Now as a Certified Life AND Certified Mental Wellness Coach, specializing in the realm of overall life balance and Mental Wellness, I am able to bring all my skill sets to the table.
