When we have inflammation impacting our brain and body, we don’t feel great. We may experience redness and heat, fatigue, swelling, rashes and more as a result of inflammation. Chronic inflammation can present a wider array of signs, such as persistent pain, depression, anxiety, digestive issues and weight changes, to name a few. Inflammation is a way to protect our bodies in the short term but can turn into serious health issues over time.
As a result, I recently became a certified SHAPE ReClaimed practitioner, as I understand the mind-body connection and the benefits to my clients.
The SHAPE ReClaimed program is a comprehensive health transformation plan that is tailored to individual goals. It’s a practitioner-monitored program that emphasizes restoring health and revitalizing life through a three-phase process:
- Phase I: Cleanse – This initial phase focuses on detoxifying the body, balancing brain chemistry, reducing inflammation, and strengthening the immune system. If weight loss is a goal, this phase also addresses that. Participants follow the SHAPE Nutrition Protocol, take SHAPE Drops three times daily, and have regular consultations with their SHAPE practitioner. - Phase II: Stabilize – The second phase aims to stabilize brain chemistry and metabolism. It’s particularly important for maintaining new weight levels if weight loss was achieved in Phase I. During this phase, participants stop taking the SHAPE Drops and start reintroducing new foods into their diet, while continuing to meet with their practitioner. Phase II lasts exactly three weeks1.
- Phase III: Live – The final phase is about maintaining a healthy lifestyle using the knowledge gained from the previous phases. SHAPE Drops can be reintroduced as a daily supplement to support ongoing optimal health. This phase is about making the SHAPE lifestyle a permanent aspect of everyday life1.
The program is not a one-size-fits-all solution; it’s customized to each individual’s bio-individual metabolic profile. It’s designed to address the issue that most diets fail by preventing the brain from receiving signals of starvation. The program also includes a four-pronged approach to healing, which involves decreasing inflammation, strengthening immune function, gentle detox and cleansing, and releasing toxic weight as a side effect.
