Are You Ready to Make a Change?
It is time to #liveyourbestlife! You were created for MORE!

Are you struggling in your relationships? Do you wonder how others are “getting it all done” while you are feeling like you are flailing? Do you desire to eat better? Do you find that time just slips away and you wonder why you are living in a fog? Are you exhausted every single day? Are you struggling to live life to the fullest?  I’ve answered yes to every single one of those questions above and then some.

I was struggling with self care and living my life to the fullest, despite “knowing” all the things I needed to do. After all, I am a therapist so I teach others how to live a better life. Yet, I was struggling in my own life. And then I found a new way to live. I found a way to achieve balance and change my life for the better. Things just started to “fall” into place. My life became totally different. I began to enjoy life and relationships, take care of myself better and felt more energized. I healed my body from Chronic Fatigue and started losing stubborn weight that seemed to stick for years. My business began thriving. And, more importantly, I was able to heal from previously crippling emotions that impacted my body and well-being. Physically, Emotionally, Spiritually FREE.

I am absolutely passionate about what coaching has done for my life. Now, I want to share this new approach to health to as many people as possible – starting with you.  I have over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Addictions counselor, as well as focusing on Art Therapy and Trauma as my specialties. Through my own journey, I have discovered my passion of helping others become their best selves through an integrative approach, using art and therapy tools, coaching, emotional release, aromatherapy, mindset and more!

Now as a Certified Life Coach, specializing in the realm of health and wellness, I am able to bring all of my skill sets to the table.  I earned my BA in Fine Arts from Southern Oregon University in Southern Oregon and my Masters in Psychology, emphasis in Art Therapy from Sonoma State University in Northern California. I have certifications in Trauma, Aromatherapy and Integrative Mental Health. While a Wyoming-raised girl at heart, I love the Pacific Northwest and brought my family from Montana back to Southern Oregon.  I love the ocean and traveling. You will find me basking in the sunshine, reading or kayaking whenever I can. I am a former bodybuilder/current gym nut, hippie at heart, natural focused, oil educator, Jesus lover, Keto-focused and an all around energetic cheerleader for my friends and family.
