Can you believe that it is another year?? Another decade?
A lot has happened in the past 10 years. It was just over 10 years ago that my husband and I met and we are getting ready to celebrate our 10 year anniversary this spring! One of the best decisions of my life!
My family moved from Montana to Oregon four years ago. We have loved being where it is warmer and closer to the ocean. We have done a lot of exploring of the redwoods and enjoying where we live, but there are still many many more places to explore!
I have a high schooler. How???? I cannot believe that in 3 years, she will graduate. I also have a first grader. Both girls are awesome and sweet and are huge blessings to us and bring light into a sometimes dark world.
It has been almost 8 years since I lost my dad. It was 8 years ago, just before Christmas, my parents went to Belize for Christmas and my dad never came home. I am a daddy's girl and I miss him terribly.
My mom joined my dad in heaven in Sept. 2019. It is still fresh and I know from losing my dad that the first year is surreal. We have not yet done a memorial or much regarding properties so the grieving will hit eventually but it has mostly come in small waves at this point.
I moved into private practice and have LOVED being my own boss! Creating my schedule and being able to offer my nutritional knowledge as a certified integrative mental health practitioner is a recent addition which I am thrilled about! It allows me to add in my love for health and nutrition and all my oils, which have been awesome for trauma work and emotional support! Man, have I enjoyed the benefits for myself as well as seeing how they benefit my clients!
My oily business has been on the back burner, but this year is THE year. I am more focused and committed to teaching about all the wonderful benefits of the oils and how to integrate them in the daily!
Let's see. I am sure there are other highlights from the past 10 years that I could focus on but those are the top ones that come to mind! Now, for the NEW YEAR....
I am excited for the new year. I am thankful for the growth that I have had in so many areas of my life. I am excited for the direction that I am taking and the continued goals that are in motion to continue in this new decade. (I am not big on resolutions....they seem to fade too quickly!) I often pick a word for the new year to focus on and this year is HEALTH. Health has a lot of variances- and will encompass many areas. Health of me- physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. It also will be the health of relationships. The health of my faith. The health of my business. Health.
My passion is health and wellness and this year, I hope to continue to reflect that in all that I do and be!

The hustle and bustle of Christmas has now gone.... The lights begin to dim and the decor put away. The gifts are all unwrapped and paper is strewn. New goodies are everywhere, looking for a place to call home. The food is put away and bellies are stuffed. We wake up the day after and it is just another day for many. Some are off to work while others are home. No school for the kids so that can equal chaos for many! (Can you say extra coffee, please?!) #sanityinacup #mightneedtwo
The holidays are always such a mixed bag of events and emotions and moods. Many of us experience loss and losses are more noticeable during this season. This is the 7th year without my dad, to which I often think about all the things that are funny or enjoyable that he would have loved. He had a great sense of humor! I see him laughing at the crazy antics and jokes of the girls. This is the first Christmas without my mom. It often takes a year before things kick in, so I have been told. I did find that to be true with my dad. I miss the silly cards and little gifts that she would send for the girls this time of year and the gift cards for dinners out for my husband and I. I always appreciated her thoughtfulness in this season. #gratitude
As we move into the last few days of this current year and anticipate and plan for what we want in the new year, I look at the word #JOY. Or #FUN. Both of those words are words that I can honestly say have not been very present in 2019. #HEALTH is another word that is also needing attention.
My #emotions have been varied this season. I have enjoyed learning about frequency and how our emotions apply to health. The human body has an electrical frequency and much about a person's health can be determined by it. #Frequency is a measurable rate of electrical energy flow that is constant between two points. EVERYTHING has a frequency, even disease! Certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease- How fascinating!
The study of frequencies raises important questions concerning the substances we eat, breathe and absorb. Pollutants have low frequencies and causes the bodies healthy frequencies to be lowered and weakened. Processed or canned food tend to lower healthy frequencies toward degenerative diseases. When our body's frequency drops, the immune system is compromised. If the frequency drops to 58 Hz, cold and flu symptoms appear; at 55 Hz, diseases like Candida can take hold; at 52 Hz, Epstein Barr and at 42 Hz, Cancer. Emotions have frequency and so do thoughts! Reportedly, negative thoughts lower our frequency by 10 MHz. A higher biometric frequency encourages our body to regenerate damaged cells, build an increased immune defense to viruses as well as sustain energy vitality!
So, now that we know this about frequency, what to we do with it? Well, for starters, it is good to know that the common frequency of the human body is between 62-68 Hz, regardless of shape or size. Fresh produce and fresh herbs increase our frequency, so what we eat is important to create an environment in which diseases, bacteria, virus fungus, cancer, etc. CANNOT live! It is important to know remember that putting our bodies and minds in contact with not so great substances puts us at risk. Also important to know is that Essential Oil frequencies start at 52 Hz and go as high as 320 HZ AND are the highest frequency substance known.
So when we are talking health and wellness, I am looking at how the oils and products can support my health and emotions in the new year. Check out this list of Frequencies in MHZ-megahertz

"For a number of years during my clinical practice, I researched the use of electrical energy for the purpose of reversing the disease process. I kept feeling there had to be a more natural way of increasing a person's electrical frequency, which led to the discovery of the electrical frequency of oils."

Galbanum is high in monoterpenes and it is able to support the REPROGRAMMING of emotions! One of the most interesting things to note about this oil is that is increases the vibrational frequency of other oils despite the fact it's own frequency is not very high!
Rose is so high at 320 that you benefit from the frequency without ever even opening the bottle!! Woah! Just by carrying the bottle around with you in your pocket can help you receive the benefits of this powerful oil! (No imposters allowed!)
Northern Lights Black Spruce is the highest frequency at 428 MHz and might even have a higher frequency.
What does all this tell us?? Oils made in the purest way (see Seed to Seal Promise!) deliver the best results! And knowing they are plant based and natural are added benefit! Also, they are not JUST oils... all the oil infused supplements help raise the frequency with the YL supplements we take.
So when you are looking at improving your health, physical as well as emotional, it is very important to look at frequency and what is in your products!! Support your wellness in all the ways you can by increasing your frequency! I am excited to have the support of these great products as I kick off the new year and begin looking additional ways to improve my health by increasing my frequency.
